"Disappointing experience at hotel presidency landmark. The room was unclean, and the service was slow. Noise levels were high, and amenities were lacking. Not worth the price. Wouldn't recommend."

Average Stay
It was an average hotel stay, The room was clean but the lobby of the hotel was not very clean. We found the way by Google map. breakfast was extremely good. The amenities were a little good. The room service was poor.

Poor Stay
Experience is not good.Bed sheet are worn out and lot of dust in bed.Bathroom cloth handles are broken. Bed side table are broken.Towel are not clean.No amenities provided in bathroom. Swimming pool is not clean ,lot of leaves,flowers are which is not cleaned. Furniture are broken.Change room full with bat smell and alcohol bottle.Towel near pool are dirty. Total horrible experience.No value for money

Uncomfortable stay
The hotel condition and price was not to the level of more than 1500/-, while it charged 4500/-. The room, bathroom and every corner of the premises was very dirty including swimming pool and nearby area. Lot of mosqitoes and fowl smell from the room will ruin the vaccation.

The food of restaurant was very good. in breakfast they have tea/coffee bread butter/jam poha/upma idli sambhar live masala dosa boiled egg. the food is good. The restaurant staff very friendly and good service. the rooms were cleaned. the service was good.

Location is in middle of local residency. Not feel like on vacation or holidays. Indoor games are nice. Poolside is good

Very poor service
Some previous clients broken tv and at the end of checkout we face huge trouble in this situation like pay bill of tv. We informed them after check in then they raised issue in the end

Good average hotel for stay
Location of this hotel is at prime location. Restaurant service is too slow. Rooms are clean but need renovation. Swimming pool is small and not properly maintained. Sufficient parking area. Play zone area is having internal games but not properly maintained.

Dont book this hotel without reading this review, a genuine rev
Worst hotel in daman. The staff was rude, the service was worst. Asked for a basic need of water bottle and they didn't gave us for 1hr and at the end we have to go downstairs to get ourselves. Breakfast was pathetic, the are serving fat spread in the name of butter and when eggs were over they didn't refill it and said we are out of stock and same with juice. When we asked for extra glass the counter lady sod we don't give extra glass and plates. And the worst part was the photos are edited and shown as if it is a very big big property but trust it is very small hotel compared to pictures. And also we booked suit room with the capacity occupancy of 6 person but they only gave one bed and rest was extra bed which was lay-ed on ground.
