Location was not good. Room was not clean ac not working properly

I think, it's reasonably nice place to stay with family or friends for 3- 4 days in north goa with the price they ate offering. Swimming pool & other things what's they ate offering are also good. There should be few more utensils. That will help. I also want to appreciate caretaker mr. Pandey for the hospitality. Overall it's a nice stay. Thx. No, thanks)

It was a very pleasant stay with aqua de goa, location was superb very accessible for market and all daily needs. Property are not comprises with safety and hygiene standard.

I stayed at Aqua De Goa for 1days in the last week of july. This was my first experience with Goibibo and I must say it was definitely a good, relaxing and hassle free experience The flat and society is good, very clean and very safe for families. The location is awesome and very near to Baga and Anjuna. The host was warm and proactively followed on all the aspects to make the stay comfortable. Few tips, If you need something request the host in advance and that can be arranged Carry some snacks with you during the travel being in Goa you will be at ease if you hire a vehicle else commute is going to be difficult. The nearby restaurants are not that great salt and 23. However that should not be a concern since Baga is nearby so you can enjoy the shacks. Else if you want some good restaurants than calungate road is the place to be in.

Fantastic and amazing place to spend your holidays with 4-star facilities and feels like home in budget pricings. Just use MMT app to book your apartment especially recommend for a group of 5-6 persons or family. The apartment is fully furnished consisting 2 king size beds in 2 bedrooms (attached toilet bath), 3 ACs, refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, and crockeries, 32-inch tv with tata sky HD connection, dining table and sofa. Bathrooms having geysers for hot water. The complex consists of a swimming pool (of course you have to follow n number of rules to use it) and useful Gym. The gated complex has 24 he's security also a beautiful garden. All major tourist attractions like Calangute beach, Candolim beach, Baga beach, Fort Aquada, etc are 15 min driving away. The caretaker Santosh is very decent and he is ready to available for any help. Finally, last but not least, the host Ravi Kumar I must say he is great and readily available on phone in case of any emergencies. One should have take experience of this great hospitality.

Friendly helpers. Location is close to Baga and Calangute. No restaurant in the apartment but there are plenty outside it.

Had stayed at Premium Suites By Aqua De Goa with friends. It was quite a nice experience. The only problem was that they did not provide drinking water bottles.

This was my second visit. Obviously I was happy with my first visit.Apartment was really bad. Cockroaches everywhere, paint peeled off, geyser not functioning, below par cleanliness. Could not change the apartment as the manager was not willing. Owner of the apartment needs to look into these matters.

We had an absolutely unpleasant experience during our stay at Aqua De Goa. When it was time for our check-out, the lady from housekeeping started pestering us to leave. We told her give us 10 minutes to put things together but she wouldn't listen. She started shouting and hurling abuses at us. I was shocked at the rude behaviour, that too from a lady who comes to clean the room. When we called the manager he sheepishly said sorry. That's it. It's surprising that these people have the audacity to treat guests in this manner. Looked like the cleaning lady held even the manager to ransom. How can they afford to tolerate such rude staff, at the cost of losing their business. The cleaning done by them was also shoddy. I will never recommend anybody to visit this place. Please don't fall into the trap and don't book your stay here for god's sake. You will be treated like trash.
Housekeeping service is very poor.

I request early check-in while booking and room was available but hotel staff not giving me room. It was charged high for 4 hours prior check-in. Hotel was not giving water.

Property is good. We enjoyed in swimming pool. It's located near Baga beach. Rooms were clean.
This place is really great. It has pool view, flat was very clean and interior is also good. This property is near Baga beach and it's very convenient to reach all the beaches.

No service by staff, only cleaning was nice but not in time and management.
