Stay was wonderful. Food was great. Service was awesome. One suggestion, the dining hall on the 1st floor can become a challenge for senior citizens or persons with any physical disability. Please look into it.

groupIt was good stay but the price very high compared to facility being provided. There was no complimentary welcome drink as mentioned during the welcome drink and resort denied when asked about welcome drink. Mosquito was a big concern during the late evening and night. Food is good quality and over all facility is good but definitely they need to bring down the prices.

Not satisfactory stay.

I booked the stay for my parents they went alone to visit rann utsav. their overall experience was good and not exceptional as compared to the amount i paid. The room was good but the services that were mentioned while booking and actually offered were not the same. The hotel staff didnt help them and explained about the service and transportation. Didnt inform them about breakfast timing they reached for breakfast for 9:45-10am so they said time is up. Only having the facility is not enough, having good behaviour and taking good care of guests is also important. I have paid a lot for 1 day but not good value for money at the end. So disappointed.

familyLocation, food, ambience all excellent, however, mosquitoes are point of concern. We had to spray a lot mosquito repellants in the tent washroom and tent bedrooms.

1- highly over priced compared to facilities. 2- incorrect mention of activities in the hotel brochure 3- in the name of cultural and other activities, very boa-ring program by unprofessional artist ( i doubt to use even the word artist) 4- just food and drop to white run bus stop (which in any case gets covered by gsrt buses plying free of cost) 5- total waste of money

The tariff is too high for the quality of food served. Cleaning the room was not good. No intercom or bell facility. No attendant help. This is during low tourist turnover.

The tent was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was well maintained. Staff and their service are excellent. Food was tasty but could do with some less oil. Looking forward to more authentic kutchi dishes in the menu. Also need some more activities for entertainment and shopping.

coupleThe ambience of the property is good. Housekeeping needs to be geared up. As personally the bung a which was allotted to me needed a lot of internal upkeep. The exhaust fan in my room was out of order and had to followed up 3-4 times for its rectification. If you are charging more tha rs. 10, 000- per day for a room then these things should be taken care of before allorment of rooms.
