The property was good. Staff was helpful. Food was also very tasty and had good quantity. It is a huge property and had fund cycling and paying pickle ball. The rooms were neat and clean. Overall will definitely recommend.

Extremely worst hotel in Bhuj . We have stayed in many hotels but this was one of the worst .The staff was not trained and didn’t know how to talk to people and what to reply so they talked extremely rudely and we had taken dinner so when we went to eat they treated us like we were eating for free.Next morning we saw a staff member taking a plate of parathas form a drawer and taking it to kitchen .when we asked about it they was no response.when we went to complaint there was neither the manager nor the general manager on duty at that time (10:00 am).Apart from all this there were lizards and there was no cleanliness in hotel

The hotel was pretty new. But not maintained well. Wifi was pathetic. And cleanliness was bad. Spider web all around the hotel. In the lawn In the open areas, In the Gym. Talking about the gym. Very bad quality of equipment. Never cleaned and all machines making noise like they have been used or oiled. The elliptical does not work. No water bottles or towels in the GYM Overall will not recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Terrible Stay

Worst Experience 1. In room electronic safe was not working despite multiple request to fix no one came 2. Room was smelling very bad once we entered 3. Food was good but taking more than 1 hour to finish our order 4. Utensils served by them was not clean so no hygiene level maintained 5. Car Parking is far away and stay is away 6. No Quality of food in morning breakfast

Food and service was very good, but in swimming pool water is bit dirty and lots of insects inside the pool , which is bit unsatisfactory for me , otherwise food and staff behavior very good

The food was amazing, although the fries I ordered were tasteless and lacking seasoning, location was good, hygiene was top notch and facilities were also good. Good rooms with such fair price. All amenities were also good. Staff were polite and their were no prolonged waiting for food.
