    I booked the Hazel Suite for a one-night stay, but overall the experience was very disappointing. The only good thing was the food, which was really tasty. The hotel interiors and room design also looked nice. Location was okay, and the view had nothing special to offer. The major issues were with the facilities: • There was no hot water in the bathroom, neither in the evening nor the next morning. • For my 20-hour stay, only two small bottles of water were provided. • The tea kettle was dirty and had a bad smell, making it unusable. • Room service came only after almost an hour of waiting. • The suite was advertised with a jacuzzi, but it was just a normal bathtub. All in all, apart from the food and the interiors, the facilities were extremely poor and far below expectations.

    Location is on highway which is good. The rooms are quite small with small bathroom. There is no separate remote for AC and u need to always stand up to use AC😢. Food is terrible, most of the things are refried or recooked, both dinner and breakfast experience were horrible😨. Swimming pool is indoor and very small and shallow for adults to enjoy😢. Indoor games has billiards with tornned-cap sticks😢… No staff was available for laundry or car cleaning😡.. Overall it could be called an average or below experience to stay at Fern residency, Bhuj

    The food was great and quite a spread.Staff in the dining area was courteous and accommodating . I saw the credibility in the name and booked the hotel but I was disappointed in lot many ways. Staff at desk n house keeping is highly undertrained. The bell is terrible and long for the room. Which the staff loves to keep pressing many times. Lol. The bathroom wasn’t serviced well. Water leakage from tap in the bathroom caused it to stay wet all the time.

    the internet is not working, it has a jammer issue in the reception area. also, the internet is not connecting at room in the laptop mobile. as i am on an official trip, i have to complete my work, but due to the internet, i had a terrible experience. there are not so many options in breakfast. most of the time, they provide poha and puri sabji and 2 types of fruits only.

    Location is average. Property cleanliness is average. Front desk is not at all interested in talking to you or support you. If u reach there, no one will bother to ask if u want to check in . They will keep staring at you and wait for you to talk. No baggage assistance. Front desk makes this hotel to 2 star. Only good thing about place is restaurant and its staff. Specially Sujita. Very helpfull and smiling. Food was good
