The resort is so good with beautiful scenery, greenery, my kids enjoyed a lot, pleasant air, and the weather was also good during my stay. I especially want to mention the gazebo area; it was so beautiful.

Location is excellent. But if food is terrible, excellence of location doesn’t work. We all fell sick as food was not hygienic. The Chef needs to learn excellent cooking. The food was not at all tasty. Every item had sugar in it. This location may have Gujarati residents but people coming from other states may not like sweet food, especially if people are diabetic. . Even daily feedback about food didn’t make any difference.

Horrible food. Sugar in every item. After 1030, no one takes your call at housekeeping or in room dining. There was no WiFi in the room and the tv cable also did not work. Every time one is struggling to resolve issues. We all fell sick and suffered with upset gastric stomach as the food was not hygienic. No value for money.

I recently stayed at Regenta Resort by Royal Orchid and unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. For a place that brands itself as a "resort," the amenities and service were shockingly substandard. The biggest letdown was the swimming pool – it was visibly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. It was not only uninviting but also felt unhygienic, which defeats one of the main reasons people choose a resort in the first place. To add to the frustration, even the most basic service – a call for drinking water – took more than 30 minutes to be delivered. Such delays in guest service reflect a serious lack of professionalism and preparedness from the staff. Overall, the stay felt like a poor-value hotel experience rather than anything remotely close to a resort getaway. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or decent hospitality.

My stay at Regenta Bhuj was comfortable. The check in process was smooth..the hotel staff also allowed us early check in.. location of property was excellent. Food was also good.

property, location and amenities and support was great. only challenge we faced was on a order for in-room dinning which was significantly delayed and we had a train to catch and hotel staff kept lying that it is on the way for delivery. finally after reaching reception and escalation they packed the food since we had a train to catch but to our amusement the steam rice was missing despite so much of issue. we thank hotel for making it complimentary but they need to ensure that no wrong assurance should be given to customer. it's ok to say no if you don't have any dish but unnecessary lying around the same is not acceptable.
