Review Of PRASHANTH RESIDENCY

We booked suddenly and once we reached residency the room was neat and hygienic and worth for the money.

Very good service and clean rooms. Good customer care. All enjoyed the stay.

Very convenient location near to main bus stand and smart tv was available... worth the price

The location is good. You can find Rajas Seat in walkable distance. so early morning or evening visit would be easy. There's a small bus station nearby in case you need that. Pakashaala restaurant is nearby only. So reliable quality food is not a difficulty at all. they have one tie-up with a nearby restaurant that will serve food to rooms without any extra cost which is a great help. it has stores and local hotels in front in case you need such. it has parking but in some "workaround" ways. (not a liberal space. but the city itself is so so saturated). basement parking can accommodate 3 cars (mine xuv300). and outside, in front, another 5. so that's the parking. it's a good base to access multiple destinations in Coorg. The rooms are clean and well maintained. has hot water in bathroom. neat and clean bathrooms. has a tv and fan. no ac. has lift. has good lighting in the room. strictly no-smoking area. 24/7 reception - this is very helpful. they let us checkin 45 min early. (early in/late out is allowed if available). good quality water in bathroom. no smell or anything in the room. and neat. fresh cloth items. has a table, 2 chairs, mirror, key-lock wardrobe. its in the city so some vehicle noises will be there till 11-12. but still manageable. friendly people. good for a 2 night stay. if you want to make the stay itself a memorable one this may not excite you. but if you're for the outdoors and this is your rest-base this is a good option to consider. I spent 2500 per day.

Rooms were new, parking availability was there and nearby to the city center. Service was also good 👍 Price was unbelievable

Best stay in madikery.clean and neat room. road easy access. staffs are very good.

1. No one will take care guest.(Once I reach hotel for checkin with my kids and luggage no one assist to room it's first and bad experience) 2. Fan makes louder noise. 3. Telephone not working 4. Food not available inside premises 5. Door lock is not easy to open. 6. Toiletries provided (only soap and towel) no brush or paste. Even I booked deluxe room AC Room nothing provided.

Property is good. But has parking issue. Basement parking accessibility is difficult.

Our stay at Prasanth Residency was very comfortable. The lodge is located in a prime area. The room was clean, neat, and spacious enough for a relaxed stay. They have a tie-up with a nearby hotel, allowing us to conveniently order food to our room. A separate dining area is also available for guests. The lodge manager was very helpful throughout our stay. I would consider this one of the most budget-friendly and comfortable lodging options in Coorg. The only issue we faced was the lack of hangers in the room, which made it difficult to hang clothes.

There was no provision of Geyser.. Didn't got warm water early morning

Good stay for the price! The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. We had hot water and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay.

The asthetics on the entrance of the hotel is good and the front desk is very versatile. Check in was smooth and effortless. Rooms are excellent. The interiors are great. Waterbqas provided, toiletries were provided. The comfortvod furnishings and hhe promptness of service was great. Only thing missing was food. Breakfast was not included since there was no restaurant. Had the restaurant been there the hotel would have been unbeatable. I would recommend it for family stays. Its very cosy and comfortably near the market.
