Terrible Stay

Very very far away from main city, unable to get cab easily, geyser was not warking, no any permanent person at facility, feeling unsafe at day and night, no soap, no mirror, no cupboard, unable to get breakfast on time even it was paid, very bed for family even for individual person to stay there. I do not have any pic as problem is not with things, problem is with location and service at facility

Mr Ankit. sorry but don't miss qote. our property is exactly 2 km from ring road and is situated at residential area , that u can notice in Google map, as of food delay , we don't have restaurant in our property If you have face delay service, we are not responsible for that , u have to choose near restaurant , were as safety question our property is fully safe and secured , it has all round 10 feet height compounded and gated property. Please let us know-how was the property, was it clean and green as mentioned in photos ?

As we reached room there were 8 men in room already, and while we enquired they said those ppl came to check room, but we felt strange we had to leave room and it was non refundable too.

Sorry .. it's u have miss understood... in ur property we have 3 room in that one room was booked by 8 people and u also have booked only one room we can't leave u full property empty ... please don't 🙏 miss represent the situation... The thing is u came late night and got scared of darkness outside.. at least if once came inside the property u will get the confidence. Our property is safe , it's family stay , all-round compound and gated property
