we recently had the pleasure of staying and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the villa itself left a lasting impression. The property was stunning, with spacious, beautifully decorated rooms and a fantastic view of the surrounding area. The villa was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The outdoor area was equally impressive, with a lovely huge garden and river view .we enjoyed throughout our stay. What truly made our experience exceptional was the caretaker. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Always approachable, friendly, and attentive, the caretaker took care of all our needs, whether it was providing local recommendations or managing any requests we had. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat with top-notch service.

We had a memorable family stay at the rivers-tone villa. The property is well maintained, the staff and caretakers were very nice. Amrutha took really good care of us. The river was dry, that was because of the season.

All good the property is nice. The ambience is good, except the bed i guess which is very bad and no proper hot water and pet charge 1k which i’ve not charged anywhere in karnataka before but the staff were helpful with giving kitchen services

Hello, we had a wonderful stay in river stone. The place is serene and with the river in the back, it was a very relaxing stay. The care takers were very accommodating. The place was well kept as well. Some reminders, it would be very handy if access to the kitchen would be given. Since the place is isolated and ordering food is not practical. For the amount quoted, a few other amenities like bonfire, toiletries and breakfast when given would be more practical overall a lovely stay. Would recommend it

We were a group of 10 people (4 kids - ages 14-18) and these kind of outings to private properties is a very regular activity that we do. The stay at saffron-stays rivers-tone was average to good. The location is great as far as the property is concerned - just the right amount of travel for a short getaway from bangalore. The property is very good but the wear and tear is visible and there’s a lack of proper maintainence. These aspects can be managed and aren’t really a concern when you are going for a short overnight trip. However, one of our biggest feedback is around the staff at the property- there is a lack of warmth and welcoming attitude and all the interactions are very transactional. They call themselves a pet friendly property and to be fair pets are allowed - however we expect pets to be treated the same as the guests arriving there, which was clearly lacking. Food was good in parts - the staff takes the orders prior and provides as per the decided items. The starters were good but the main course was okayish. The quantity was great - the taste can surely be improved. Breakfast was good and satisfactory. All through the stay we felt the service and warmth lacking - which is critical to stays at such private properties. The staff’s behavior was extremely transactional and the hospitality was found lacking. Some training is required to improve communication skills, etc. As it can be a turn off. Swiggy and zomato don’t deliver to the location and the staff isn’t flexible to accommodate any basic requests around food. The check-out time at 10 am is another huge turn off - since the check in time is 1 pm! the whole experience of a relaxed time is defeated as the staff reminds you that we need to vacate the place at 10 am cos they are expecting 15 people to check in the same day! all in all - it wasn’t a superlative experience and it wasn’t all bad. So would call it average.

Found the property on make my trip. Amazing stay. Covered in lush green and a great river view. The property is maintained well. Raj kumar stays near the property and is available for anything and everything. He is the chef and makes amazing food. One of the best foods. Very good hospitality and great service provided by him. Do visit this place.

Beautiful property for family stay, courteous care takers & service. Delicious food. Swimming pool would have been ideal addition. ( as i understood, it's planned to be built)

The staff was so helpful, friendly and cooperative. They provide very good service. Cleanliness and facilities were good. The property was suitable for everyone. The property was centrally located and easily accessible. The staffs were cooperative and mannered. The rooms were relaxing and the facilities were up to the mark. Property hospitality should have improved. Very few staff for the breakfast buffet which taking a lot of time to food get served. Overall its a value for money
