very great experience very comfortable place and near to most visiting places The owner is very friendly.

The owner of the property is very cooperative and humble. We ask for water refills in bottles many times.

We had a pleasant time staying at this place. Nicely managed by family owned hotel. They provide transport facility also.

My stay here was quite amazing. Since it was budget friendly I wasn't expecting much, but the facilities and amenities were quite amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean. The bed was clean and spacious. They had rooms cleaned on a daily basis. We had 24/7 electricity. The AC was working perfectly. The owners were friendly and helpful. They helped us rent a car at a really cheaper price. It's located around 5-6 mins away from the beach. Just one con is that the cable of the TV is very poor. Still can't complain. Because Goa is not a place to sit before the TV and chill rather enjoy the beaches and the beauty of the city. I would surely recommend this hotel. 👍🤩

ac not working. tv not working. bathroom door lock is bad. worst experience ever in my life. Do not give this guest house to anyone from now on, it is very useless, bathroom door feels like knocking by someone. it's very horrible experience.

Good, but not clean on a regular basis and the bead is not clean and comfortable. But overall experience is good, owner is very good and behaviour is good and helpful.

Please avoid staying in this dirty hotel. Everything is a mess there. Staff are so arrogant and rude. The a/c room was so dirty, filthy, run-down, smelly, crack-hotel feel to this place! toilet was stained and dirty. Towels, beds, linen etc. Are all old, dirty and stained. Rooms full of dust and bed bugs were found too.

Very good nature of owner and room was very clean. Room location was perfect and walking distance from beach. Bathroom was also very clean. Ac tv working properly.

As the owner of the room was very very much strict for her rules. It was like boarding school and owner was acting like principal. No privacy at all
