Hotel will take your booking then tell you they don't have king bed room only twin bed then they will ask you to book their suit room at higher price also during check-out they take more than 20 minutes to check the room and keep you waited Hotel will take your booking, then tell you they don't have a king bed room, only a twin bed. I stayed at the Pipul Utkal Continental in Jharsuguda from 12th to 13th May 2025, booking an Executive Room for my visit. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The service was excellent—staff were courteous, prompt, and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of both the room and common areas was impressive, which added to the overall comfort. In terms of amenities, the offerings were moderate but sufficient for a short stay. I did not encounter any negative issues during my time at the hotel. Room is so clean but necessary items for customer was not available like-sleeper, new water bottle, tooth brush set etc. Food expensive is very very high from other hotels and items taste is just wow as comparison from other hotels.
