Hotel Lalit Heritage

The hotel has every masala but it is missing perfect cooking... the AC is there but it sounds a lot, the cleanliness is not up to the mark, you get separate sized rooms in same price range...if they focus on these things it would be great for them

The whole hotel from reception to Lobby to elevator to Room are smelly. poor maintenance. The bed wall was dirty and un-hygienic, In the Night I kept dates and chickpea in water to sock, Morning I found it was eaten by pest likely by mouse and whole chickpea and date was spread over table and Glass. Bathroom tiles were broken and the room tiles were not clean as well. No basic complementary thing like water botel and dental kits. terrible experience.

Location is good, Hotel room was not at all clean, strong rain damping smell in room, oily/greasy floor

Property is average..Food is ok..rooms are fairly clean..Linen are not very clean.. Bathroom is clean..but at its proximity to railway station and price point..it's very good for people who need a 3/4 hours halt before check out

it's a small hotel with average infra and cleanliness but at the price point ..it's a good hotel if u need to stay in hotel just for a few hours. Room size is fairly big. Food is average. but it's pricing and proximity to station makes its fairly good option.

everything was good but the washroom was so duty geyser was open it may lead to get electric shock water leakage

The hotel is only 3-4 minutes walking distance from Jharsuguda Railway station. The Hotel provides veg items . Staffs are very cooperative.

Very bad stay. Water in the bathroom comes in a trickle which stinks. Poor room service, very slow service and no tea served with the complimentary breakfast.

Location good but unwelcoming to night/early morning pre-booked guests. Tea, breakfast taste ok but served in dirty utensils. Lift dirty, bathroom fittings damaged, unattended, overall a morose feel and severe lack of maintenance. I used a super deluxe ac accommodation but gave the deluxe feel only. No parking facility, no wifi.

Location is good, near to market and jsg station. But the room have insects like cockroaches. Since most of my time was out at my work place and for less number of days i didn't face as many encounters. Upon picking up the landline, there were cockroaches.

Very good hotel to stay with. Low budget pocket friendly hotel. It is located very near to jharsuguda railway station. Just walking distance from railway station. Also it is in main road so anyone can get auto and cab nearby. Decent behavior of the staffs

food is good room is big and clean water heater was not working TV was not working complimentary breakfast was there but some conditions were also applied

1. Tv was not working 2. The water heater was not working. 3. Complimentary breakfast is counted on the next day as checkin checkout time is 9am to 9am. 4. The room was big and clean but average not up to the mark as high as the price was.
