Good hotel in the middle of the city. Excellent food. Good service. Very good staff behaviour. Will definitely stay again.

Very Bad Customer experience. Stayed for a night. When checked in, asked for a double bed instead of the twin bed. I was told that I'd have to pay INR 500 extra. And these people were completely unapologetic about the same. Later on gave an excuse that we are completely sold out hence room needs to be upgraded. Pathetic soulds. Has a so called "good restaurant" that serves Chinese dishes in the name of local cuisine.

Good overall experience, The location is very near to railway station, the service was good/decent . It was clean and facility is also good. Food was also good and priced well in order to suit all range . Decent room at the price range. And upgrade also available.

Worst interiors, worst housekeeping, worst washroom, worst service. Should have booked with Go Ibibo, would have been economical & best, Highly Unsatisfied! At? 1800, the worst room I have ever came across.

Good hotel... But problem is there is no parking area. Staff are very much friendly. You can stay without any hesitation. I really enjoyed... This is my 2nd stay at Ajanta hotel.

Need to improve the prompt service by reception people . Cleanliness of room is no so better. Delay response. Not attending phone call. No specific contact number for room service. Used water bottles provide

Great place to stay very comfortable rooms, neat and clean service is very good food quality is also good staff are very co-operative value for money and bar is great, garden at outside is very good. Ambience is good, architect is also very good and appealing

It was a bad experience for me. First of all reception staff was not responsive at all. They were rude. Service was delayed considerably. Most important there was no hot water available during winter and when it was chilling in morning. I found most of the rooms vacant which goes to show the valid reasons.

First time tried to stay over there but everything is poor except location. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom of is horrible. I asked waiter to change bedsheets and he did but condition was same, spot on bedsheets everywhere.

Everything OK. Food is very good. Room service is also good. Location is also good. Peaceful and OK. A miniplex theater is just Infront of the hotel. Also the main road connects you to all side of the town and nearby. No traffic jama good place to stay.

Room was good, washroom are much smaller, they don't have own restaurant for food. They will get you food from outside. But food was good. Manager and some staff are good. But some room attendants will ignore your words. Location is very fine. Overall value for money.
