Very poo-or hygiene conditions in this hotel. 1. The tap water was smelling like a rotten rat being in water tank. Could not even bath. 2. The bedsheets smelled liked anything, as if they have not being washed since ages. 3. The room was full of dust, cigarette smell all round, shady stained smelly pillows and washroom. Would never ever recommend anyone to stay at this place.

The hotel didn't allow us to check in because we're traveling as couple. I have tried to cancel the booking from make my trip customer service they didn't cancel my booking and refunded me i have tried so many times but you customer service always saying please hold for 5 mint we will talk to hotel.
