Room condition was bad and given room at the 4th floor,

Property is Good but need to improve cleaning & Service,I found this property by Make my trip, This property is based on road side

Electricity backup is not available, lift now working, dirty bedsheet, no room service

Hotel is near to railway station. Food quality and room service is not good. Laundry service was terrible.

everything was terrible, don't even think of booking it. No service, no cleanliness. food quality is also very bad

Location is easy to tress. 5 minutes walking distamce from station. Food was very good and services was very poor. You will atruggle to get one bottle of watwr

Very poo-or hygiene conditions in this hotel. 1. The tap water was smelling like a rotten rat being in water tank. Could not even bath. 2. The bedsheets smelled liked anything, as if they have not being washed since ages. 3. The room was full of dust, cigarette smell all round, shady stained smelly pillows and washroom. Would never ever recommend anyone to stay at this place.

Worst service, no one listing any service request. Room is not comfortable with huge cost power back up not available.

They didn't provide the rooms and we have shifted to side by hotel. Although the full payment was made well in advance. We had to take other expensive Hotel. Since we didn't stay there request you to please arrange to return full amount. We seek your kind cooperation in this regard.

The hotel didn't allow us to check in because we're traveling as couple. I have tried to cancel the booking from make my trip customer service they didn't cancel my booking and refunded me i have tried so many times but you customer service always saying please hold for 5 mint we will talk to hotel. After they say we have tried to call but the hotel didn't respond we will call you after 10 min but my problem where not solve. I didn't get my money refund very very poor customer service by make my trip.

No water container, no tv, no telephone, no response of waiter after pressing the bell switch several time, reception person behavior is not good.

3 is given since only one or two is given as option for breakfast and geyser & cable tv did not work.

Very poor quality room and hopeless management. The ac was not working properly and stopping frequently. Water supply was poor.

Bedsheet was dirty, washbasin was leaking some staff were drunk & quarreling whole night.

The room was big but the accessories like towel etc were not clean. The furniture also needs attention

Service is very poor in current time, no tv, no water bottle, break fast is very poor. Overall service is poor
