This Payi Niwas Guest House is very ordinary hotel I will not recommend for stay at all Whole night struggle to avoid mosquitoes. RO water given in not sealed bottle Bedsheet an pillow cover not clean. The front side of Hotel is not decent No Restaurant and even one cup tea is not possible to available I am very much surprised how Make My Trip like standard site kept such hotel on their site??

It's was overall ok experience with no so good , but it was ok , one can stay it's safe to stay there .

This is good place to stay. There are only 06 rooms so not so crowded place. Ambient is good. Located on the main road. Medicines shop is in the ground floor & Wine shop is also adjacent to hotel building.

Experience was just average.. areas of improvements: cleanliness & hygiene.. And bedrolls were unfortunately not available which is obviously an unhappy thing

Not a hotel. I do not understand how this was allowed to be listed. The bed sheets weren’t changed in at least 15 days. There were hairs below the upper sheet. The place was so disgusting that we couldn’t even stay and take pictures there. Please do something about such places. We had to go to a much more expensive hotel in jharsuguda. And did not get a refund also.

this place was not a hotel and not a guest house.it's like a chaal room of mumbai oyo. zero services.room dirty.linen worst.and the caretaker more roudier.i

Behavior of staff is not good.

The room was not clean, bedsheet was very dusty& dirty. Entire room was smiling.

No basic amenities provided ac not working properly. But pleasant stay.

Location of this property is very convenient. Anyone can find the food for dinner easily nearby. Rooms are ok.

1, staff behaviour very good. 2, good room with bed & ac. 3, need to little bit change in room interior. 4, foot mat not good and only single foot mat is there which was already expired type.

I would love to book and stay next time also. Goos facilities. Wonderful infrastructure. Though there is no facility for meal, we get it through zomato plus receptionist was willing to help us in getting our food. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Thnxx

Clumsy rooms, not by the standards. Price is too high but rooms are not that good as compared to the price.

on bhubaneswar 7. 30am cab booking. Without even sharing the otp, you declared the trip is completed. Upset.

Location was little bit remote but you will get a plenty of food stalls near the hotel. The overall review was very good
