coupleVery poor infrastructure. Very rude hotel managers. They don't know the basics of customer management. Even though we reached hotel at 9pm, the room was not ready for check in. Took adhaar card and gave it back very late. Food delivery took more than 1 hour. No amenities as such like shampoo, dental kit or anything. Arguing hotel staffs even after poor services.

good location good staff We were really pleased with our stay at the Ariston as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Rome as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.
