Sorry state of affairs
The AC was not cooling. The door was closed but the rain made a pool inside the super deluxe room. I'm filing in the consumer court. I stayed there for more than ten days & everything there right from the unlocked bathroom door to choked tabs blocked showers broken lock handle on the door dirty cabinets🚽

The hotel staff allotted me a room, room no. (402), whose AC was not working. After I informed them, they gave me another room, room no. (401) whose AC was also not working.

Very poor service,all rooms dirty such a low standard hotel,bed sheets are dirty cockroaches on bed such a untidy place

Excellent Stay
It is a good property located on road, can be reach easily. The quality of food is very good and staff is also very supportive, however the lift was not working properly.

Terrible Stay
It was not a hotel but a restored apartment building where one flat leads to three other individual rooms. There was no electricity and water when we first arrived and the checking period was way way too long. Very disappointed with the ratings.

Poor Stay
I sent phots and asked mr shyam to partially cancel the booking. He agreed and failed to do. 1. Tv is not working all three days. 2. Duty, torn bedsheet/ sptiing on walls next to bed foul smell

Good Stay
Very decent stay at 600ish a night. The restaurant is way overpriced also they don't allow food from other hotels. Location is fairly quiet, ample parking and also availability of autos in the area.

Avoid stay at pearl hotel
It was terrible to stay there. Toilet was not cleaned properly. Tobacco was spitted in wash basin. Early morning water was not available in toilet. I made two calls at reception for water problem then only it was restored. Blanket was wear and tear.

1 night stay is ok if ur alone, but I doubt if u can feel safe or no
Room Size are good, but almost no amenities. Safety wise I would give it 3/10. A lady will not feel safe as the hotel is far away from main city food was good. But the staff didn't wanted me to go to the dining area
