It’s clean and good place near to bus stand good stay for travel and service is also good visit the place

worst main doors and worst staff so many rules they are telling to check in first train them to be frndly with customer plsss

Hotel bed is not well, towells are not dry fully, comes with clean and hygiene is so well, hotel staff are not cooperation properly to us

ok ok, but you will not get hot water, they say wait for 15 mins, but there was no hot water. we were suppose to checkout early at 7 am, but could not get hot water

The hotel is very near to the railway station just 5 mins by Auto. The room was big enough .Room was clean. only bad experience related to early reach as we reached around 8 AM but they didn't allow as checkin time was 2 PM and staff didn't cooperate much some how Manager agreed on 500 rs extra for early check-in.

It was a terrible stay at this hotel. Rooms were unhygienic and dirty. It didn't have hot water provision. There was no kettle available in the room for making warm water, tea or coffee. Rooms were having seepage. Staff knew only local language and having communication issues. Non responsive and callous attitude towards guests.

The rooms were not clean and had a very bad smell. The bathroom was also having very bad smell. All night there were loud talks and screems from other people who were staying there. They said its 24/7 hot water but in the morning we did not get a single drop of hot water. When asked they got us heating coil through which we could heat only 1 bucket of water at a time. We had scheduled a pooja at the temple and because of this we were and late and missed it. It was a bad experience overall.

Locates centrally. Very convenient. No inhouse restaurant is a miss. Service is good, friendly & cooperative staff. Property in not very new. Needs maintenance in bits & pieces.

No food in the property, not even a complimentary tea bags and coffee which is very normal in every hotel with a kettle. You need to call for service and cleaning the room. No amenities. As per price room range is high. Before checking into the hotel please check the room bed sheet mostly they are not washed.

We were very disappointed by the stay. The toilet facilities were in horrible condition. The flush and spray were not working, and there were cockroches on the bed. I hope all these problems are solved

The rooms are big. Location is good. No restaurant in the hotel lead to difficulty in getting even small things like tea or snacks. Internet was not accessible inside the room. Had lot of difficulty in doing work inside the room. Overall not a good experience.

Good staff behaviour. Clean rooms. Clean bathroom. Good service. Lift, warm water shower. Near good eating places.
