The stay was very comfortable, the rooms and washroom were clean and the staffs were also very kind. The property was near to railway station and bus stand , so it was easy to locate.

Very helpful staff, good food but limited veg options, clean room and washroom, location is easily accessible with some good restaurants within 2 kms, parking also available

This hotel does not have an Ambience, the car parking is at basement floor where it is a steep gradient where to take car in and out is ve dangerous it likely to touch the roof top and chassis because of steep gradient. so i have to park the car on Road. after to checki to my Room (1002) the bath room / wash room was not cleaned properly where the last guest soap and paste was lying in the wash room the same was got cleared after informing to Reception. further it is a lodge (not an hotel or INN) any food they will get from outside because they dont have the kitchen and restaurent. AC was not working properly i wanted to switch on the fan. Next day during checkout the receptionist refuse to give my GST invoice inspite of informing the front fooice during the checkin time. further the location of the hotel is not a good location because it is in commercial complex where the ground floor and part of 1st floor is occupied by different commercial / business so i did not feel like hotel or INN. shower bath was clocked and water was not flowing with pressure and flow.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at Chances Inn, Hospet. I had booked a Deluxe AC Double King Bed Room through MakeMyTrip and made an advance payment of amount, expecting a decent and hassle-free stay. What awaited us was pure disappointment. We arrived at 9:30 PM, only to be told bluntly that rooms were full and since the booking was via MMT and not directly, we would have to “adjust.” After a long round of heated arguments, the staff reluctantly agreed to “arrange” a room but made us wait for over an hour. When the room was finally given, it was a pathetic downgrade — a single bed, filthy bedsheets, a cramped and dirty washroom, and even broken bathroom fittings. It was nowhere close to what was booked or promised. The staff’s attitude was arrogant and careless, with zero sense of hospitality. Attempts to reach MMT at night were also futile as the calls got disconnected repeatedly. With no support available, we somehow spent the night and checked out early the next morning, thoroughly disgusted. To top it off, the next morning, someone from the hotel casually asked for a 5-star rating, as if everything was perfect. Honestly, this hotel doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Chances Inn is a complete disaster — mismanaged, unhygienic, unprofessional, and utterly unreliable. If you value your money, comfort, or peace of mind, stay far away from this place. Booking this hotel was a huge mistake, and I strongly urge others not to repeat it. MMT should seriously reconsider listing such pathetic properties on their platform

Room is Good. Staff is Good The only thing is No restaurant in the hotel. If you want to have just Tea they can't even provide you. This is good just for staying.

It was a good experience before hand I had called the reception they said it's 24 hrs open no need to worry. The staff gave good service.. But the issue was ironing my clothes they said it will take time otherwise good service thanks

The staff was not cooperative. Car parking was an issue. They don't supply water bottles. The exhaust fan was not working. I tried calling multiple times, they did not fix it

Stay doesn't provide any complimentary breakfast and they didn't clean the room daily. Even i ternary was also not given daily.

I found this location via mmt, as per rating it's average. When we booked the room was available. After booking the hotel called us and said we will transfer to another good hotel. The same thing informed mm t and said rooms are available. When we reached the late night the hotel team said different hotels were actually good but there no update to mm t team

Rude staff. The room had a bad smell. Bedsheets etc are not good. Many electrical switches don't work. The bathroom was not good. They have a hotel attached and whatever you ask they say that's not available even when it's in their menu. Overall it was a bad experience.
