Room is Good. Staff is Good The only thing is No restaurant in the hotel. If you want to have just Tea they can't even provide you. This is good just for staying.

It was a good experience before hand I had called the reception they said it's 24 hrs open no need to worry. The staff gave good service.. But the issue was ironing my clothes they said it will take time otherwise good service thanks

The staff was not cooperative. Car parking was an issue. They don't supply water bottles. The exhaust fan was not working. I tried calling multiple times, they did not fix it

I found this location via mmt, as per rating it's average. When we booked the room was available. After booking the hotel called us and said we will transfer to another good hotel. The same thing informed mm t and said rooms are available. When we reached the late night the hotel team said different hotels were actually good but there no update to mm t team

Rude staff. The room had a bad smell. Bedsheets etc are not good. Many electrical switches don't work. The bathroom was not good. They have a hotel attached and whatever you ask they say that's not available even when it's in their menu. Overall it was a bad experience.

. housekeeping takes 30-40 minutes to bring towels and water bottles. i experienced a power cut here went on for like 30 minutes. though this was only once, probably some technical issue but frustrating. reception stops picking calls. this was really bad. if you get their best super delux premium rooms that's still okay but anything more is not worth it.

It was a wonderful and peaceful stay. Good amenities, spacious rooms, hygiene maintained. Overall a wonderful stay in hospete!

Wifi was not working. No room service provided for cleaning. After requesting they suggested to change the room but denied cleaning. Slow response from reception as intercom was not working.

I have booked AC room. It has TV, table, chair, AC, dressing table, fan, hanger, coffee pot and mugs. The bathrooms are kept clean and are in good condition. The hotel looks new or its very well maintained. I am not sure whether its new or not. The hotel is easily accessible. Bus stand is at walking distance. Railway station is also nearby. The hotel is located on the road to Hampi and there is a bus stop also nearby if you don't want to walk till bus stand. Be Aware!!! by auto drivers. Major cons with this hotel: 1. Does not provide wifi 2. Does not have mini fridge 3. Bathroom does not have geyser, but honestly I did not need it. Since I stayed here in march, the temperature outside was so hot that we were getting hot water throughout the day 4. We don't get cold water for bath at evening. The water becomes extremely hot in March( I cannot comment about other months) Except for 4th point, I did not need anything else. Hence giving 5* rating.
