Broken tiles in 1st floor, Parking and removing vehicles during early hours is a challenge . Better facility

Location is very good. Excellent food. Staff is very cooperative. Services are good. Safe for family stay.

The hotel is located on the main road of Koppal town. Luxury and well maintained. Staffs are well mannered and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Best part is their restaurant food. They serve delicious food.

The Fortune is a well maintained property with spacious and clean rooms. The clean linen and towels make the stay very comfortable. Very friendly and courteous staff. The bathroom was clean, but the build quality could have been better.

Room king bed was very small not comfortable to sleep for 2 adults and in breakfast was not good and there was no name plate in front of breakfast serving area

Good location . Non courteous staff . Room was not ready and had to wait till 11 pm for towels which were not placed during check in. Night shift staff was very arrogant . All calls were through reception and were not professional enough to reply or handle the situation.

The tea kettle was not working .On complaining the staff came after 20 mins to change the base plate . first day hot water was not comming . Had to call four times at reception. no quick response to customers complaints . pathetic
