Pleasant day, clean rooms,good food,good staff, premium services. Staff is polite and very cooperative.

The Fortune is a well maintained property with spacious and clean rooms. The clean linen and towels make the stay very comfortable. Very friendly and courteous staff. The bathroom was clean, but the build quality could have been better.

The room was okay-ish Expected a better room overall Food was on-point including the breakfast. Location is perfect. Staff is great Overall decent experience

Room king bed was very small not comfortable to sleep for 2 adults and in breakfast was not good and there was no name plate in front of breakfast serving area

Good location . Non courteous staff . Room was not ready and had to wait till 11 pm for towels which were not placed during check in. Night shift staff was very arrogant . All calls were through reception and were not professional enough to reply or handle the situation.

The tea kettle was not working .On complaining the staff came after 20 mins to change the base plate . first day hot water was not comming . Had to call four times at reception. no quick response to customers complaints . pathetic

Hotel property is new and close to railway station and bus station. Quality of service and food is excellent.

This hotel is the best place to stay in koppal which is near to hampi and hospet. Very good service and spacious rooms
