Hotel signboard - adequately not visible from both sides of the main road. Hotel staff response - zero. Room maintenance - pathetic, no lights in the corridor during night time. Lift facility not available (which is a basic amenitiy in any hotel) casual approach by the staff for any request/communication, unable to open the room door from inside, every-time you need to call someone from outside to open it. Room tariff - too high compared other locations. Overall experience - complete waste of money, pathetic, terrible.

familyVery poor experience. Room not ready after arrival. 3 room changed. Staff not available to cleaning. Bathroom was so dirty. Tap broken. Blanket and bedsheet not washed. This was the very poor experience in my life. Never go there. Mmt should review all this.

It is a very decent place and the stay was comfortable, food taste was good and the price were also reasonable. The staff were very humble and were nice. The property is well maintained and has good garden. Only drawbacks are there is no lift, mosquitoes on the evening and its minimum 15kms away from any tourist attractions

The hotel is in good location. Attachéd with restaurant. The bed is really bad. The toilet is not neat and clean looks unhygienic. Over all average hotel.
