Pathetic maintenance. 1 star hotel for the price of a 3 star. Absolutely overpriced and lacks neatness.

Mattress they have to update, coming food- I have ordered for MUSHROOM stater I that I have got BONE , it shows that they are not properly maintaing their Kichen properly

The rooms are badly maintained with cockroaches roaming around. It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but neither the linen is clean nor it is in a usable condition.

only thing is spacious room, regarding amenities worst, lift is not working, no water bottles, no shampoo, body lotion etc, no body will care about tourists, price is high, waste of money for this hotel.

I recently stayed at hotel royal fort in bellary. It was an excellent experience throughout. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is easy to reach the city's key attractions and business areas. This could be seen in the good condition of the rooms because they were spacious, very clean, and well-kept together with comfort and functionality blending well. The decoration along with amenities really enhanced stay; the bed was wonderful to sleep on, leaving me with a soundly sleeping night after an incredibly long day. The staff at hotel royal fort were very courteous and professional. They did everything to ensure that our stay was seamless and enjoyable. From the warm welcome upon check-in to the prompt room service, their hospitality was really exceptional. The in-house restaurant served the most delicious array of dishes. The food served was fresh, flavorful, and an assortment of local and international cuisines to suit every taste bud. Overall, hotel royal fort exceeded my expectations and provided great value for money. I definitely recommend this hotel to anybody visiting bellary, for business or leisure. I'm looking forward to staying here again on my next visit!

Stay was bad i was expecting a hygiene and clean place it was not upto the mark

Rooms are not clean and ac not working properly. Overall hospitality was poor. Changed room twice.

The bathroom sink water was overflowing from the other sink area in the bathroom. They initially provided 1 towel and upon asking have another one but we were 3 people in the room. Food service in the restaurant needs a lot of improvement. They are using plastic teaspoons to serve the dishes. Tv was not working initially. Then i figured out that the plug socket wasn’t working and i shifted the plug to the one working. The balcony was cleaned after we told them about it being unclean.

The property has the potential but not delivering. The rooms and bathrooms were bigger than an average hotel. However, it looks run down as there is clearly a lack of good maintenance. The cleanliness is average, staff were less responsive. The tv was not working, but they could not fix it, although they promised to do so. The money we paid was too much considering these. We paid 2450 per night, but it is not worth more than 1500 per night.

While i was checking in to the hotel, which was around 7 am, i saw the housekeeping staff cleaning the lobby which was very dusty. The bed sheets are also not looking clean enough. Overall, there is a problem with the cleanliness and hygiene at the hotel.

Room was average. Kitchen gets closed at 10 pm. I you are coming post that pre-order needs to be done. Also no facility of reheating food. Reception staff was awesome.

The hotel is old with not so good amenities and tiles in the bathroom are old from many years & the hotel needs to renovated

Room was smelling and towels and bed sheet are very dirty. Service is zero. Pols never suggest breakfast to guests because they provided only bread tost without tea.

I stayed there for 2 days and found that. Hygiene - poor food - poor location - outskirt, there is no shops or restaurant near by.
