Facility is good and clean. Washbasin in toilet is very low which is ideal for kids. Adults will have to bend down to use it.

The stay and the location was good, the staff reception staff sreenadh and restaurant staff baby were amazing & really helpful. The room was nice. The only issue was th washroom/toilet as it was smelling alot ever after being cleaned. Thats the only issue i faced rest was good

Spacious and clean rooms with basic facilities and clean bathrooms. Did not expect a hotel of this standard in a small city like koothattukulam.

The receptionist was not available in his seat when i reached at 9pm. The room was dirty, not even dusted, soiled bedsheets & pillows. I could not sleep the whole night becouse of dusty closed non ventilated room. Overall a bad experience.
