Khuri Dunes
Rooms were clean and tidy. Air conditioned when there is power supply (23/24 hours). Bathrooms were clean too. The hotel corridors and dining halls needed a little upkeep. There was an issue with insects, but the owner had already informed us that they were seasonal and couldn't be avoided. The food served was of decent quality and home style. A couple of suggestions the hotel staff could be a little more well groomed and dressed and another request is to install a water purifier like Kent or Aquagaurd (although bottled water is available). Overall I appreciate the services being provided at such a remote location and the stay was worth the charges paid.

Great service
Good food and hospitality. Made my stay very comfortable and memorable. The staff and management were very efficient and made my stay very memorable.

Terrible Stay
Hotel Pansari Palace Jaisalmer Rajasthan. I have booking at this hotel, air condition not working at hotel. No room service. Hotel and its staff are having vulgar behavior at guest. They served us breakfast of yesterday even they change fan of room which is not working from check-in time at 12:11 midnight.

Namaskar, apologies for the inconvenience caused. Sorry also for delay in replying, due to technical glitch from the vendor. Your booking was not for AC rooms hence the question of AC working or not does not arise. Yes, we do not provide room service, which is clearly mentioned in the Hotel policy as well at the time of check-in. The breakfast provided was fresh and it is an unfair allegation. The fan which was working and suddenly followed Murphy's law if something has to go wrong, it will go wrong was replaced at 12 in the night, within 1 hour of it getting faulty. Staff was polite, however this issue will be taken up with the team. Apologies on their behalf.
