    We stayed at pankaj executive for 1 night on 29th dc 24. Service was not upto the mark for following reasons: a) ac was not working in the room allotted. We had to request for a change of room b) no hot water was available for bathing; c) shower knob had broken; hence we had use bucket d) breakfast had limited choice as against our expectations for a buffet b/f; e) room lock was not ok. Every-time opening the door was a struggle

    Visited karad on a road trip by car and stayed in hotel pankaj executive on 19th september 2024. Experience was -. Positives - location was very convenient being on the pune-bangaluru just next to the city with shops, fuel station and restaurants nearby. Stay was comfortable and the breakfast in the restaurant was good with just adequate variety. The property is small with basic facilities. The room was adequately equipped, clean and reasonably hygienic. . Negatives - it is a no-frills property with the essentials. Although it has its own restaurant, facilities like gym, swimming pool, spa etc are not present. It does not have a charging station for ev vehicles. Items like toiletries, electric kettle and bottled water are provided free of cost only on request. The room and bathroom are reasonably hygienic and do not have a mini-fridge. The breakfast is complimentary but is a-la-carte and not buffet type. If dinner is included in advance while booking (optional, then it is served in thali form in the adjacent restaurant co-located with the property and not in the property restaurant itself. Overall, a mixed experience but value for money.

    staff was cooperative especially manager vikram. food was good in taste, but service was very poor. cleanliness of the rooms , washrooms, restaurant and other places was very very poor. there is no wifi in the hotel only very low wifi in reception area of the hotel. wash rooms had no toiletries, no dental kit, no dryer, etc. room had no hot water kettle for tea coffee. reached in the evening at 6pm the hotel had no water for a quick wash and bath with hot water. staff said hot water only in the morning between 6am to 10am. overall a very average experience to stay at pankaj. would not recommend for a family stay at all .🙏
