    Poor experience at Hotel Sapphire. Staff was uncooperative and check-in formalities were unnecessarily rigid even though we arrived late and were exhausted. Service was slow, food was overpriced with very small portions. Definitely not worth the money—would not recommend.

    Check Inn was annoying! Mr. Sushant from the reception denied when we walked Inn….breakfast ambience was amazing….bed was very uncomfortable….room was good but very suffocating …you cannot open the windows ….check out was good …just a piece of advise for travellers, if u check inn after 11: 00 pm …no food available in the town ! Stay hungry Stay Foolish

    Located in crowded area. Disturbance of Vehicular movement sound at night. No difference in executive and delux room, only size of executive room is quite bigger than delux. Breakfast food is ok. Canteen is open so uncomfortable in summer, no ac or fan. Bed size is smaller than king size. No swimming pool. Some floor are risky for children as no handrail. And is very serious, management must have to fix such railing immediately. Room services are ok.

    Poorly managed property with frequent power cuts.

    Rooms are OKish, but bathrooms are poorly made and maintained. Experienced quote a lot of powercuts on the visit and for every powercut, the AC turns off and it needs to manually switched on again. The reviews on Google maps are either paid or are outdated. Would not recommend this property for staying more than a night.
