Infrastructure was good but service in Restaurant was very poor. Hot water kettle was provided but no sachets for tea-coffee was not available. We had no tea in the morning. Restaurant was to start at 7 am but no staff was there.. Staff lack professionalism. Else it was good.

Recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed. The overall upkeep was below expectations, and the service was slow. While the location is convenient, the experience did not feel value for money. Charging points not working, Hot water not available before 5am

Everything was well-maintained, and the attention to detail in cleanliness was impressive – fresh linens, neatly arranged amenities, and a refreshing fragrance the moment I entered. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring restful sleep throughout my stay.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a commendable job. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around the city.

Stay was good, location was close to highway hence easily accessible, rooms and washroom were spacious, basic hygiene was maintained while can work better on it . Food was also served hot and has good taste.

Such a great experience for the room.. very clean and neat, but the food is not good, kitchen hygiene is very poor.

hot water is available only 5 to 10 in the morning also check in time is 12 pm and hotel staff is not coming operative with 10-11 am checkin time

We stayed at the Hotel Royal Palace , Karad on our drive from mumbai to goa. First the advantages. 1. right on the highway , easy to reach 2. good secure parking 3. very welcoming place, the manager and receptionist made sure we were comfortable 4. the rooms are big , with a clean washroom, bed and plenty of spaces around. 5. the food is good. reasonably priced and available within 20 mins. Choice of a restaurant downstairs or the room service. 6. breakfast is limited but good enough . we are very happy with our stay, specially if you consider the prices at which it is available at MMT. (pls note, it is an excellent choice for a night stay. No frills place, but you definitely get what you pay for)

Property exterior is very good staaf is also good but they providing blanket instead of duet they charging this much so they have to give duet and ther is no 25×7 hot water
