Its a new and fresh property in Sawarda/Dervan with 1BHK suites from the owner of the very popular Westbay Resort & Spa in Ganpatipule. We booked for 3 nights and had a pleasant stay. Its at a walking distance from Walavalkar Medical College & Hospital with quite a few small outlets in the area that serve simple & delicious food around. The resort does not have their own restaurant yet but they provide a menu card in the room that you can order from. The restaurants serve hot and delicious food at your door. The living room is spacious with a comfortable sofa, chair, fan and TV. Kitchen has a fan, tea kettle and induction cooktop with vessel that you cna use for some quick cooking if you wish to. The bedroom has AC and fan with 3 comfortable beds along with a wardrobe and mirror. We got a dental kit, comb, soaps, linen etc. in the room. No refrigerator in the suite. The bathroom has a basin, WC and hot-cold shower. There is also a separate WC/toilet and a separat basin which is fantastic for those quick mornings. The manager Mr. Joseph is very supportive and soft-spoken along with the attendants who are extremely quick and prompt in service. You have small grocery stores, medical shop etc. in the viscinity which is a good thing, just incase. They also have a dormitory style room with 4 single beds which is spacious. Overall, I would recommend this for a pleasant stay though a bit on the expensive side with a rent of approx.
