poor maintanence and everything is high price and they don't have generated for power backup . staff are friendly but not worth for money

Better to call property owner Babu and make a deal. Property owner is very friendly, obliging and all staffs are very courteous. Location of property is awesome.

I'll share my comments below - 1) Rooms are 300m far from the hotel in a separate location. 2) Rooms are lacking basic amenities like TV,WIFI, AC drain pipe draining, Intercom, drinking water, No Security Guard etc. 3) No attendant is there to address you since this is a lonely property far from main hotel. 4) Room is located near a cemetery which not mentioned anywhere in the description. Only positive side is pool and the beach which is near the location So for the remaining don't felt it was a worthy place to stay when you're charging that much amount as hotel fare. I hope this points will help to improve the service in future.

The only positive point about this property is its location. It is located just on the beach and has kind of private beach where you will have a very limited crowd of max 100-150 people and 80% of them are foreigners. Good for family as you can easily avoid usual crowd from other beaches.Below are the negatives :- 1. West bay of the property is located in a graveyard i.e a kabristan. 2. Staff is highly unprofessional and stubborn. They won’t listen to anything you say. 3. In 2 days of stay, continuous power cut from 12 to 4 PM and they won’t help you at all. Just make an awkward face any say can’t help, government has cut the power. If you plan for a stay book in the east bay resort.

No proper service, u have to wait for 1 hour only for tea / coffee... and room is not affordable as per the prices they are taking....switches are not working no hairdryer, fan regulator is broken too what the shit... seriously I am not satisfied with this palm heritage

Awesome resort. Can spend weeks soaking up the sea and sun throughout the day. Food especially seafood was delicious.

this was the hotel ever, they didn't had wifi connection after I paid them with taxes and there was no privacy beacause anyone peel into your room and the toilet was broken as well, medicore i suggest no one to visit this restaurant it's not what they show on pictures I have never wrote a review before but this time it angered me terrible terrible experience

Perfect location with decent food. Appreciable amenities and services. Worth the money. Don't have hope ups for breakfast.

Poor housekeeping, substandard service and uncomfortable ambiance presence of street dogs at the property felt uncomfortable stay and lack of safety

The room was good, with excellent view, but the toilet seat was broken and there was no loo paper. The check in service was appalling, trying to charge us extra for the correct room. Unfriendly and unhelpful.

The service was the biggest issue; the staff were unprofessional, unethical pros: good location. Private beach restaurant taste is good. Cons: 1. Rooms service is not upto mark 2. Customers are asked to take towels from recepetion during checkin 3. No towels were given even after 5 calls made at reception. 4. Waiters at the restaurant were observed smoking during serving the food. 5. Dogs roaming in and around the tables in restaurant 6. Order was taken after 30 min where in we had to reach out to the waiter. 7. Insects found in room. 8. You won't find a tv and telephone inside the rooms. No coffee, tea or newspapers in the morning. 9. The bedsheets provided were clearly unwashed 10. Ac rooms are altogether at a different place 300 meter far with absolutely no service from facilities. 11. No intercom facilities to ask for some basic services. 12. No tv at the room. Neither coffee or tea making facilities at room. 13. No toiletries given

We had a wonderful experience at the resort, aishwarya was of great help. Mr. Singh's service was very good as well

Totally distorted my wedding anniversary day, very bad rooms they are provided, this property under renovation, everyone is bad condition, 1 st they provide dirty room, after completing, they upgraded to cottage, nothing is working properly, every items are damaged, no ac remote, cooling is very bad, bath shower is not working properly, dusty curtains, damaged power plug, and no power backup and frequently power cut has happened, total disasters, next time onwards, totally spoil-ted our trip. We didn't expect the make my trip support this type of properties. Very very bad experience

The property is well located and the staff is very friendly.

it’s a construction site, with mud falling from roof and water not coming in taps. the only good things is that people at the resort were very nice and helpful

we stayed here with my 3friends and there family for one night. the worst experience i have ever had. when i arrived at the heritage staffs are drinking alcohol on public area they‘re look like real gundas and we reported to the owner babu the he said it's okay don't worry, what a irresponsible reply. the rooms are shown in the photos are different and they’re providing different room, then we upgrade the room with extra charge still the rooms are dirty and damaged the beds are stinky. the staffs are very rude and not acceptable at all. restaurent is rated 0.5 star dirty and and they charged 5star prices. we don’t recomended to anyone especially for family and couples. there is no complimentery tooth brush and paste. again i said worst experience i have ever had.

Self, wife and one year old kid had a two day stay. It was an ethereal experience mainly because of the ambience and the location of the resort which was right on the beach. The staff were friendly and very helpful (even with requirements of the baby. The food is homely and sea food is fresh. Travel facilities like rickshaw and taxi are booked by the staff. Currently some construction work is going on in few blocks, still the above mentioned aspects make the place worth staying. The price is also decent.

The property showed a room better in location than what we booked ( they said like that) and collected additional rs. 2000.

Food was not taken from there as dining area found unhygienic.
There was no security and boundary wall. Covid protocol were not at all complied. Stray dogs and cats were roaming inside premises. Receptionist was not attending call. There was no land phone kept inside room.

Amazing location and very courteous staff. The perfect view of the beach and semiprivate beach is excellent.
