Room Service is very poor. No professionalism.

The place is very close to Mayfair and the beach. The property and the room was decent. However, the room was not cleaned properly, there were hair strands everywhere. The geezer wasn't working and the service was pathetic. The hotel did not change the sheets and towels after the first day and the room wasn't cleaned. The restaurant named Shack was also pathetic. There are no people to serve or take any orders and they don't respond to calls also. Overall, we had a very bad experience and poor response of service from the property. I would suggest not to stay in this property if you really want to enjoy the stay in Gopalpur

It is more like a serviced appartment, not a typical resort.Apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable. but 1. it does not have a fully functional in-house restaurent yet. Current restaurent does no have a proper seating arrangement, no AC, during heavy rain half of the seats will get wet. does not have in-house cooking arrangement, seems they get cooked food from outside. 2. No proper power backups. Each room has been provided with individual inverter which does not provide power=supply to any of the plug points. So, you cannot charge your mobile, make tea or charge any of your electronics equipments/laptops during power outage. 3. intercom is faulty. no way to connect to he reception or canteen from the room. I had to connect to the reception thru their cell number.

Awesome stay n Palm Regal Resort. Much spacious rooms like 1 bhk with mini kitchen, dining, drawing space l, balcony etc. Extremely satisfied and enjoyed staying there.. thank you

Don't go because service is not good and they are not giving any dental kit and accessories etc... after power cut only fan will work ...

Location is near Gopalpur sea beach but a bit less crowded area. Near to zone by park, pramod & mayfair. Nice 1BHK rooms with kitchen amenities. Restaurant is available but food quality can be improved. Swimming pool & gaming zone is present too.

While the propert mentions to be a resort, it is actually a set of service apartments. Food availability is a challenge as the kitchen is open only at specified time and very limited option (eg we were only given one choice for dinner). Overall cleanliness and room facilities are good. Bathroom had smell due to sewage issue. Sea is visible from the property.

The experience here was truly devastating. The service was poor as hell. They called us to reach at the hotel by 11:30am to provide the rooms but they were too unprofessional in their approach. They provided the rooms after several requests at around 12:15pm. We had to wait long even after booking in advance. Apart from that we had booked two rooms but they gave us in different floors even after several requests for rooms in proximity. Now coming to their service part, the service of their restaurant, reception desk, housekeeping & sanitation, it would be good if we don’t express that here. Being entrepreneurs, we had never expected something of this sort from this property. I would never recommend anyone to visit this property in their lifetime.

The place is one-of-its-kind in Odisha and India - a tribal museum resort!! A beautiful tribal art museum with a lot of greens all around the property. The cottages are minimalist and give a rustic feel, without a lack of amenities. The service is very good and people are very hospitable. The manager, Mr. Bikash, is always ready to lend a helping hand. The food is quite tasty but its limited in its assortment. The proximity to the Chilika lake is another feather in the cap. The best time to vist is between oct to feb.

Rooms are good but room services are poor.Dinning area is unhygienic and poorly maintained. Have to wait 1hour for breakfast.

Lovely property , needs to provide more toiletiries and need to improve on food quality . The garden game zone and theatre are awesome . Very economical and nature friendly
