very scenic beauty spot with well maintained accommodation. But food price too high. otherwise overall experience outstanding.

Exceptional stay. Just fabulous. They had thought of the minutest details a guest might need. Very hospitable staff. Food was good. The view was amazing. River and mountains in the same frame. Bed Linen and room was unbelievably clean. Ambience was outstanding. We would definitely recommend this resort.

The property is well located with nice room view but the major setback was when we checked in the air conditioner in 4 of our room were not working and after several times calling at the reception we did not get any proper solution at last we have asked at the reception that we will check out and please process our refund at 12 midnight very pathetic

PROPERTY IS JUST FANTASTIC, YOU WILL NOT NEED TO VISIT, ANY OTHER SPOTS. POOL IS CLEAN. FOOD IS GOOD. ONLY THE APPROACH ROAD NEEDS MAJOR REPAIR. WILL VISIT AGAIN.

The property is filthy, with dog poop scattered across the grounds, a sewage stench from nearby drains, and a foul breeze from a river used for open defecation. After they forgot to bill me for food during checkout, I called within five minutes to remind them of THEIR mistake and worked to resolve it. They sent an incorrect OVERCHARGED bill, sent a private UPI, and refused to offer alternatives for a foreigner without UPI.

It was a luxurious stay at paciano. Its a 5 star new property with a awesome view.

recently opened resort at manabari near odlabari. Quite a large property, done up beautifully with pristine white theme and lively plants, nestled quite literally on the river bank. rooms are large, well appointed with contemporary decorations and have huge balconies to enjoy sunsets over the river and mountains. restaurants are not still running a full menu as number of guests is low as it is a new property but tasty Bengali food and chinese dishes are available. overall, the stay was extremely relaxing and staff were very hospitable.

Cons first of all. Excessive food pricing. And quality and taste of food us not standard at all. Front desk is pretty poor. Also a there was a breakage of water bottle they charged 400 rs for that. Without proper service they taxed service charge ad well. Breakfast options are bit limited apart from choices of eggs. Approach road last 3 km is bit dusty and horrible. Pros - 5 months old property interior and rooms are well decorated 5 star for that. The interior decorations color selection vibe starting from reception to room gives an idea of owner taste. Small water stream adds bit extra flavour. Maintaince is good so far. Also the room service staffs are quiet well behaved and knows their job pretty well.
