Good property with supporting staff Sure

The property is located in a serene location and it's newly constructed and that is all about it. It's very dirty, unhygienic and badly managed. We reached early and we're told to wait for couple of hours. I wanted to use the lobby toilet but it was dirty. The so called Premium Room is of match-box size where one chair with a tiny table also could not be fitted by the bedside. The bathroom is very small and it's difficult to comfortably sit on the pot due to glass partition being just 6" away from the pot. The bathroom fittings are rusted and the basic items like hand towel and hanging ring or cloth hanging Knob on the door are not there. Food is real bad as it was oily and spicy. It was one of the worst experiences of staying in a hotel as I remember. Best to avoid.

This hotel is the best to stay the location, room, bathroom, cleanliness, staff all of these things were on point. Totally an excellent stay

By look wise room was good but while we enter in the room it was badly smelling and bathroom also I m not able to stay whole night because of smell I checked in night and because of smell I got cold and cough very bad experience

I stayed at this hotel for a day and, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The service was subpar, leaving much to be desired. While the room itself was acceptable, the washroom was in terrible condition. There was significant water clogging, and the water couldn’t drain properly in the sink, which was quite inconvenient. As for the complimentary breakfast, the selection was extremely limited, with only about 10 items available—a very modest offering for a breakfast spread. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

One of the best hotel in udaipur with good rooms & food. Staff members are also responsible at their place. I love this stay will back on the next visit to udaipur.

Rooms were neat and clean, restaurant had limited options but food was excellent, for driver i had to book an extra room, no facility for them.

Stayed here for a night with family. Enjoyed the stay. Best hotel in the peaceful area. Kids area is so good. I appreciate the front office staff for their extra efforts to make my stay comfortable.
