Owner directly denied to give room. He said on this price he did not have room even the room was available. He charged me 320 rs extra for the stay. He said i dint care about the company policy if you want room than you have to pay 320- rs extra. Then he will allot a room in terms of service. No water no geasure no cell in tv remote. No point of hospitality. Even they are so arrogant. I am a frequently travel and i decided not to go with the make my trip. I hat you make my trip and your collaboration. No animites are there.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are acceptable with basic amenities, however, we were never able to have hot water in the bathroom and there is no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so when we took a shower everything was wet.

Pathetic experience check in was denied and left with no room in midnight on the road. Receptionist was drunk and behaviour was unethical

I have booked this hotel three times for overnight stays due to its convenient location near my office. However, during my last visit, the receptionist expressed concerns and warned me that if i made another online booking, he would not accept it and would not entertain me at all, citing monetary issues. Notably, on each of my stays, i was assigned rooms with subpar conditions, including dirty bed sheets and space constraints, which appeared to be intentionally provided to discourage me from future bookings. It's worth noting that the receptionist is merely an employee, while the hotel owner resides in noida. Regrettably, my attempts to contact the owner were unsuccessful, and i was unable to establish a connection with him.

I had a good stay at his budget friendly hotel. The hotel is at a prime location in noida and you will find a lot of eateries nearby.

Only book this property if you like to book something nearest to the metro station and prime location. Other they don't have parking, no lift and hotel is on 3rd floor and rooms are on 4th, 5th and 6th floor. They provide you ac room, but during delhi summers that ac is even bad than a table fan, so you actually don't have ac or fan in the room.

The receptionist is good in behaviour. Not asked me for extra money. No problem for timing issue of check-in. Good service.

Room no 403 is terrible. Water dripping from ac no light in washroom broken flush whole night light was fl-actuating and ac & fan was turning on nd off every minute

This hotel may not be suitable for families, as it seems to primarily cater to couples looking for intimate getaways. The cleanliness of the bedding and pillows leaves much to be desired, and the condition of the bathroom is less than ideal. Guests may also face challenges in accessing services, as there is no readily available reception contact. Caution is advised if considering a stay here.

It was a very bad experience in this hotel. I suggest makemytrip you have a good reputation between us so please don't add this fake hotel to your list in which the hotel location is wrong the hotel name is wrong

It was good and very supportive staff

Good location, rooms are spacious, owner is good and took care of everything. One request to them, when the guest checks out immediately clean the toilets, floor and linens. Rest is good. For your kind info, there is no lift

Worst of all. The washroom was full with water, all drain clogged and ac was leaking on bed

Rooms have no ventilations. Washroom were not clean. Bedsheets were dirty. Not a safe place to stay with friends and family.

Very bad experience. No room service, no pantry. Cleanliness was little ok. None of the electrical appliance working properly. Overall pathetic experience.
