Room was good food was also good but the things which need to be improved is there is a delay in check in & check out procedure and 2 nd thing when we asked for breakfast at room they told us that only one thing will be available at room however we had a 2 occupancy.

It was a good stay with a smooth check in experience, got another room but that was completely okay as it was clean and functional properly

Everything is ok but the breakfast buffet system is to cold they are serving very cold food which is quite horrible so plss improve the buffet system

I have stayed at Sarla 5-6 times and I really liked it. I always book the same place, but this time we were given a corner room (125), which was very congested. The AC wasn't cooling properly, and there was a stinky smell in the room. The bed was also not comfortable. This time, I was a bit disappointed, but I hope that in future bookings, there won’t be such disappointment. Otherwise, Sarla has always been very good — our previous experiences have been awesome.
