Terrible
The location is too inside from the main airport road. They do not follow any hygiene standards, no COVID norms are followed at the hotel. The staff does not bother for your comfort. It took one hour for the check-in formalities as the staff was not available at the reception counter. He went outside to buy milk! They were not ready to take me in as I have paid online in advance. Finally, when they checked me in, the non-AC room was allocated to me with dampness smell and full of mosquitoes. The washroom window was broken, anyone can see you from outside while you are using the washroom. No amenities were available in the washroom. When I asked for an AC room, the attendant said, "You need to pay extra for AC. What was the non-sense? I have booked for AC room and slept the whole night in a non-AC room with mosquitoes.

Worst staff
