Review Of OSHONICSS HOTEL& RESTAURANT

The entire hotel is running on a generator, and they cut power at 3 am for two hours due to overheating. There is no ventilation in the room, making it extremely suffocating. When i inquired about extending my stay and whether the situation would remain the same, the reception staff confirmed that the power would be cut again at night. This is unacceptable and highly uncomfortable. I’ve decided not to continue my booking at this hotel.

Incompetent staff. Hotel is denying to give the gst bill

Location is on highway which have good connectivity with transport facilities. The property has its own restaurant which is good. There are other restaurants nearby as well. Service was good too. Overall it's good for a stay.

The hostel hospitality was good. Did not face any issues related to reaching and getting the check in done. The cleanliness and food was even excellent. The room decore was excellent

excellent hotel with excellent location ,extremely clean & comfortable . upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,she makes my trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are available in the hotel. food is excellent!!!! would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! it's a true sample of excellent hospitality. thank you again for a good stay!!!

But as per the number of facilities shown at the time of booking were not available in all like no table & chair was available no space/table for taking lunch or dinner tv was not working, said no recharge slight odour in room aah e time of check-in bathroom quality was good but no bucket mug in bath room bathroom side tiles not cleaned we requested for taxi, reception person told, yes you will get taxi at morning, when we get ready he told it is not available. Name also entered wrong in computer with different room number in short built quality is very good but not maintained the facilities properly, not designed it properly to save time for guest like us who travel for official purpose five star for restaurant, nice food available, good service
