Location is good, rooms are bad. Food is average. Service is average

Very bad experience, bed is broken no electricity facing, unhygienic , everything is low standard.

I was there only for one night…no of issues…how to write too many issues..right from cleanliness to lack of comfort…bad was terrible and broken

excellent obedient staff, well clean rooms , nice bed , no problem at all , no hinderence to enjoy . recommend to stay there

Had a good experience food is good stay was comfortable except hot water availability in room cottages need maintenance in rooms and washrooms which will be done as per my communication with them....hopefully I will have them all on my next stay. Location is superb

Food are good. Amenities is poor. Bathroom not clean. Shower was not working. Hot water is not getting properly service is good. Provide tea morning 5. 30 am. Also pack breakfast for morning safari.

Lovely budget lodge just facing the madhai river and at walkable distance from madhai safari gate. This is the best place to stay if you are looking for a reasonable stay in madhai. The staff is very friendly and the food is very delicious. I really enjoyed my time. The view from this hotel is simply amazing and winter is the best time to visit this place. You can easily book this hotel through make my trip portal at a very reasonable cost. Overall a lovely experience

FOOD QUALITY IS GOOD BUT ROOM WAS NOT MAINTAIN WELL (NOT CLEAN ROOM & MATTRESS, NO AMINITY IN HOTEL AND ROOM SERVICE IS OK)

Room quality not ok food and service staff average

It was horrible experience. The hotel's amenities do not match with photos shared. There is garden, no dining hall in their premises, which are shown in images. All the rooms are damped and there is no power backup and internet in the hotel. Cleaning service was very bad and kitchen was third class. All charges are very high in compare to services. Staff behaviour was poor. I had move to next hotel due to poor quality and services, but charges were not refunded. The hotel should be banned.

Third class. Regular electricity shut down. Staff is unconcerned. No proper lighting. No properly parking. No mineral water bottles. No facilities. Just come and stay under roof. Thats it. Definitely not for family.

Overall good stay

Poor rooms, poor service, no maintenance of the property and no hygiene. Except for a staff member named bhagirath there was nothing in the hotel. The manager was not able to fix any of the issues. He was busy only talking to his friends. Staying in this hotel was a nightmare experience.

Good to stay pleasant scene. Food quality average. Cleanliness average. Staff good.

The room smells dusty and uncleaned. The washroom is stained everywhere and not cleaned before visit. The other guests are playing loud music into the night and shouting all around the place but there is no management from the staff. 2 stars for the location and the food.

Hotel sunshine is a wonderful place for homestays and all services are excellent

Location of the hotel is right next to the gate from where we need to register for the safari. Also it's very close to the River so the view is beautiful. Rooms are clean and large with two double beds and ample space for some more extra beds if need be. Food quality is good however I would have preferred little less oily and spicy. Overall comfortable stay.

The rooms are extremely dirty, none of plumbing in the bathroom works properly. The pictures on MMT are absolutely deceptive. There were spider webs all over the room and every bit of furniture was run down to the condition of falling apart. The food is another story. We had 2 free meals in our plan and we never ate there after once. The food was uneatable. I think MMT should really remove them from their list of properties. It is absolutely terrible.
