Property is amazing but few things we felt little negative as a mirror in bedroom in front of bed made us very anxious The sofa was having super micro bugs or else which really caused skin scratches

The property is excellent but maintenance is very poor. Washing machines don't work, staff doesn't complete a pre-check before the guest arrives, response time to support requests is much. Not all apartments are well done up. This property requires a thorough check and regular maintenance of all appliances. The best part of the property is that it's very well located, not too far from the beach 850 mts and walkable distance from the market place in candolim. Very quite and peaceful stay. Apart from the maintenance issues, loved the property and our stay here.

Overall property and appartment is really good and well maintained. Thanks to arun, the caretaker for taking care of all our needs. Very close to main road and famous beaches like candolim, calangute etc. Did not like the concept of alternate day housekeeping activities. Moreover the housekeeping members were not using hygienic ways to clean the appartment. For ex: they were using bath towels to clean the toilet and that is disgusting. We confronted them also but of no use. Overall it was a nice experience. Would recommend to those who are traveling with small babies and requires homely food.

Property not good not good service

It was a good spacious apartment. The kitchen included all required utensils and essentials. The caretaker is just a call away. The staff is available for cleaning all day. The restaurant tie up is nearby so hassle free food available. All in all a perfect 4 to 5 night stay for 5 adults.

Good location but some electricity problem

Everything is good ambience location are good but swimming pool is small very much disappointed with caretaker staff they're are not At all good they don't provide any information and they are Miss lead u regarding lots of adventure water sports

I had such a pleasant experience. The 1 bedroom plus terrace was ideal for the three of us. Real tasteful decor. Simple yet soulful. Location is at the center of Candolim. Service needs improvement. An intercom could help.

Very much contented with the stay. The location was closed to the Candolim beach and tranquil view. High-quality facilities with a tidy bed, clean washroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Superb hospitality with a warm-hearted and responsive attendant. Would love to visit again.

The location of the property was easily accessible. The surrounding's location of the property was peaceful and safe. The caretaker was very polite and co-operative. Overall it was an ultimate homestay. The property is highly recommended for others.

Good for long stay as it is close to the beach. Staff was not very friendly. Cleaning now regular. Room was cleaned once in 5 days. So needs improvement.

We were a group of 6 girls, visiting in late Nov. The location is perfect walking distance from the Candolim beach road, yet a bit off the main road. Supermarkets, lots of eateries nearby. Very safe. The apartment is spacious and we had a pool view. The staff was very cooperative. Few areas of improvement would be around cleanliness. We found a rat in the modular kitchen area. The staff was very helpful with the rat medicine and clean up. Overall, a good experience!
