The stay was not a setisfactory
Geaser is not working intercom not working and staff service is not on time it's very delay

Location is little bit tricky from Karnal City Side restaurant is better staff is good food expensive but very tasty rooms are good we had Tata sky in the room that was taking regular updates and many of the channels were not available lodged complaint at reception but no response
