Addon dinner and breakfast not worth it
have booked the suite bf it costing somewhere Round 3100 with tax and rs 4100 with two meals bf or lunch/dinner. have choosen 4100 booking expecting to. have nice buffet and dinner. since I have paid on average 1400 for both meals. but none of the meal is as per expectation. for complimentary dinner have paid 700 extra and what I have got. is just rs200/- normal. thali for breakfast have to. choose prantha combo / bread omelete / coleslaw sandwich. hotel doesn't have kitchen they were arranging from local dhabha. would. have gone for. the meal plan and drowning my 1400 ra if I would have known the hotel dosent have kitchen and nowhere it's. been mentioned ot as well.

Really good to stay
groupRooms were really good and staff is friendly. Near the main market and hotel rooms are quite big and spacious.

Restaurant not av a
Everything is excellent except dinner facilities are not available which i have to manage on my own. It is very difficult to manage dinner from outside while you are away from home and take a stay in a hotel. Rest all is good.

Poor Stay
There is not welcome drink... No room Service.. Even Kettle, glass and toiletries are missing.. But yes they don't spare anything upturn in there charges 🙄

Poor Stay

Wrong amount charged for food
I ordered for half chicken in room service. Person who took my order called back in sometime & told me that there is some pest infestation in kitchen & he will order my food from somewhere outside. I agreed to it. Today morning when i was checking out i was given bill for full chicken. How can 1 person eat full portion of chicken. when i asked them to rectify the mistake they were very rude & said i have to pay full bill which i did. Very rude behavior.

Good hotel
Hotel is good clean and nice space but food quality need improvement a lot. Rest also housekeeping staff is also short and not well mannered.

Excellent property location and food
familyProperty is located at excellent location, food quality is good and i stayed with my parents and kid so overall safe to stay here but only one thing i experienced bad that i requested for late check out for 1 hr and even in hotel, rooms are available and they allowed also but behaved rude especially mr prince at front office. While checking out he was saying why should we give extra time and all, i ignored it as i don't have time to argue with him but you can ignore him when your hotel food and quality are excellent so overall 4* rating to hotel and 0 rating to front office.

One time usable
We were in room . Room was very cool. there was no heater, no rajai. They provide only thin blanket. In room no slippers, no comb, no shower cap, nothing for coffee or tea. And most pathetic here in paratha. I have all pics as well.

Okay
The staff gets things done, but only if you ask them to, like I had to ask for dental kits and I was asked if I need more than one (there were 3 guests in the room). Only one water bottle per person per day is complimentary, rest are charged per bottle. The staff was okay, but you kinda feel sorry for some of them, so I didn't want to bother them so much. The real problem was lack of ventilation. The rooms have glass panes, which are sealed into the wall, but no windows that can be opened, so it gets suffocating. As far as the view is concerned, one can see through the glass panes, egg stalls and local market. Now the good points: The staff is polite. The rooms and the hotels are very clean. We were 3 people in one room, so we used their common washroom as well, which too was super clean. The quantity of complimentary breakfast is substantial and they have a variety in the menu of cp breakfast. They have a kitchen but they don't have a restaurant. Overall, an average experience.
