Dear sir, our hotel is located in heart of karnal city, like mall road of shimla but it depends on person to person some like remote locations some like to stay in city.ample parking is there, on top of that adjoining govt parking also available(15 ft away, Rooms are well maintained.Might be you are comparing with 5 star hotel NoorMahal who are charging more than 15000

Dear sir, During chkin itself i have informed you to cancel the booking if dont like the hotel and informed you will get 100% money refund but you insist that no my father want to stay, all thinkgs are good to you. First you have given false stmt to mmt that you have not done breakfast though we have provided paneer paratha on your demand.

We stayed there for 1 night. Hotel is close to city center. Location wise it is good. Rooms are neat. However there is lack of ventilation in the room. While doing checkout, staff helped me by carrying my luggage downstairs as there is no lift. They do not provide any kettle in the room. Curtains are normal ones not blackout ones. So one can get up as soon as sun is out.

The rooms are very small. Feels like a budget hotel which should not cost more than 1000. Room was on 2nd floor with not so convenient stairs and we paid 3300 for this. Not worth it
