Food deserves special mention – the variety at the restaurant was impressive, from flavorful local dishes to international options. Breakfast buffets were fresh and delicious, and dinner meals were a highlight with generous portions and authentic tastes. Everything felt hygienic and well-prepared. One area for improvement: As someone who travels with a driver, it would be fantastic if the The Orlov Hotel could extend some care to them too. Right now, drivers often wait in the car or basic lounges without proper facilities. I suggest creating a dedicated drivers' area with comfortable seating, clean restrooms, affordable meals (maybe a simple canteen with hot food options), and even a shaded parking spot with charging points for phones. A small gesture like free tea/coffee or a budget meal package would go a long way in making their long waits more bearable and show the The Orlov Hotel's thoughtfulness. My experience in Panipat at Orlov Hotel was amazing and enjoyable. The The Orlov Hotel was well maintained and facilities was very good even in their Standard Rooms. Food was very delicious and all staff members were very polite and helpful. Location was bit outside of the city but was quite reachable via public Transportation. Had a wonderful and great stay there and The Orlov Hotel was booked via Make My Trip and got the good deal.

It’s amazing to stay there, room size is perfect and rooms were clean as well. Room service was quite slow, and gym amenities are just formality; it’s too small, we can say it’s a room 10*10 and even 2-3 people could not stand properly in the gym. It would be better to make a bigger gym having ample space for gym equipment or either close that amenity.

Hotel overall is good with few improvements areas to be looked at. However, my experience has been a great one. Food is now and the best is the dedicated parking space. I will recommend this for future.
