Hotel Bliss

The rooms were very dirty, the sweeper came on the second day, and the toilet bathroom was not clean. The behaviour of the manager was rude. Waste of money.

Horrible experience. Staff was rude and uncooperative, refused to help with luggage. Rooms and washrooms were filthy, no basic facilities provided. TV and AC didn’t work, water leakage not fixed. Even after advance payment, they ignored all requests for cleaning. Totally waste of money — never stay here.

The hotel was completely crappy and there was no proper light in the room. Overall, why do you people sign a contract with such a crappy hotel?

Below are the issue shower not available. Telephone not working room was not clean it was dusty, only breakfast was good that's it i will recoment 1 star only

It was a good time there. the room was comfortable and aesthetic but some things could be better such as bedsheets could be more clean and availability of a kettle would be appreciable.

Booked 2 AC rooms. On arrival found , we have to climb many stairs there as no lift was available. Some rooms were very good but Some rooms were below average. After checking, we shortlisted 2 rooms which were nice. Overall experience was good. Mr Shamlal , Mr. Manjeet, Mr Lalit and Mr. Sachin were very nice.

I didn’t have a good experience. Rooms are not clean enough. Not able to close the washroom door. Cupboard was smelling and not able to close the door. Blankets are not sanitised. No wheel chair or lift available. Long and high stairs.

the photos of rooms is good but when i visit in hotel i was shocked to see the quality of rooms and i checked out in 5 minutes

Parking very bad there was no light for 1 hour very bad room not recommended very bad.

Most of the time electricity wasn't there. Hotel owner didn't pay any heed. Room freshner they sprayed smelled gutter.

Good to have rest, no one disturb you i have booked a deluxe room that was cleaned and arranged bed. Ac was working good. But have some little issues like below- 1. Provide drinking water in the room. 2. Soap to take bath. 3. At-least 2 towels in bathroom. 4. Safe parking area for vehicles.

Hospitality was good, food is delivered on phonecall from near by kitchen or restaurant clean room overall it was good.
