Rooms are smelly no room service , you have to call so many times for each and every single thing. Bathrooms are dirty. Only 1 and 2 option in breakfast.

Jewels is a business hotel with a plain purpose of acco. For business travellers which it fills in well. For food it has quite a few dine in and cafe ( barista) options which makes stay comfortable

businessVery bad room maintainence. Full of mosquitos. Bathroom drain was choked. No tea kettle were in the room. Ac was not working properly. Bathroom door ha no lock. Only food was good.

Worst stay ever
I couldn’t sleep as there was loud no-ice of music for the party going on in group floor whereas i was staying on 2nd floor. Ordered food at 10 pm and they delivered it at 11:30 when i was almost asleep.

It's good hotel in Karnal Haryana, room also good for sleep and service also good. Staff also good groom's and food quality is excellent 👌.

Worst experience ever
Rooms were untidy and were stinking. After i compliant about the smell in the rooms, i was told that nothing can be done about it. Bedsheets and covering sheets were untidy. I could see cockroaches in room. I would never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.
