The two rooms were very dirty and the smell was coming from the washroom, which made it very difficult to sleep. There was no lock provided for the safety. Which made us very concerned and the smell was so bad, we couldn't even eat food inside the rooms

businessThe manager of the property asked to cancel the booking and pay him cash. When i refused, he started saying that he wont provide ac room and i need to produce rtpcr report. Finally i moved out if the hotel, as your customer service representative was also unable to help me for this.

Rooms have no locks, lizards all over, condoms in some rooms, unhygienic toilets, no service. No refund policy after 100 percent advance paymend

It's a horrible stay
It's very terrible stay in this hotel, used condoms are found in bathroom, flush tank not working, n water supply in bathroom, very dirty bathroom

Worst hotel to stay
Not a single amenities fulfilled by the hotel. Worst experience to stay at a hotel. And hotel staff naive hotel facilities. They don't know how to fulfil the requirements and gives a facility.
