Poor Stay

Very poor housekeeping service. The Room was not cleaned for 3 days. Trash was not emptied and the bed was not done. Had to request for extra toilet paper and drinking water twice. Despite several requests to get the WiFi working again, this was not looked into.

Hotel room was excellent. Very neat and clean. It was specious enough. Hotel common area and lobby was also very clean. Hotel location is great. Metro station is at 5min walk. Lot of good quality restaurants around the hotel location. Staff was very nice and polite.

I'd definitely recommend this place for a clean, safe and relaxed stay. The staff obliged to all our requests and were super polite. There's a quick south indian breakfast place right next to this place which was useful as well.
