No entertainment in the hotel such as wi-fi and tv. Ac was leaking, furniture was very old and dirty too.

Bad staff service no ac and no water geyesr bathroom also no clean

No ac, stinky rooms, lack of water bottles.

Room was so smelly. Filled with cigarette smell and water facility was not properly available. Over all experience was horrible

Unprofessional behaviour from staff. No response on requesting for some thing. Intercom not working, a/c is in poor state not working. Horrible experience

Well, it started off with first room, where flush was not working in toilet. After asking them, they said they are will change my room. Then we shift to next room. 1. Room was not clean. 2. Room key was never given because they didn't had key. 3. There was no drinking water in room 4. There was no kettle( as mentioned on website below the room which was selected by me) 5. No coffee or tea for hot beverage. 6. Water was pouring down from ac when turned on. These were the major issues. Thanks but i don't have any images.

Hotel with poor amenities. Tv was not working. When i informed the manager either to rectify the tv or change room, he told all rooms have problem with tv due to cable fault. After taking up the issue with make my trip the problem was resolved after two hours by shifting to another room where tv was working.

Easy to travel from hotel, decent place to stay

1. Please don't list places like confide inns and suites in your platform. It cannot be categorized as a hotel. It's not even a lodge. The staff were slow to allot me a room when i arrived. The room they provided had dirty sheets and bidet. There were hardly any facilities. No phone, no a/c. One roof tile of the bathroom was missing. I had a horrible night's stay. They said hot water will be available only from 6am to 10am but hot water was over from 8am itself. When i came back the following day after work, the room was in the same condition as i left. No housekeeping was done. I checked out immediately. I lost money which i had paid for four nights. It was a harrowing experience and i paid for it. Please let me know if i can get any refund. Many thanks.

Not even stay there for 2 days only after 1st night i changed the hotel

Staff couldn’t understand any language properly english or hindi and too much irritated with service

There was no parking and building is on a very busy road
