Decent, neat and clean. Helpful staff. Basic amenities. Good location. Limited supply of hot water like most places in nubra valley. Food was good. Ample parking space

Nice little property with great staff. You are welcomed and taken care of in natural surrounding. Very close to hunder dunes. A property worth experiencing.

Lot of mosquitoes no hot water available in evening as well as morning food taste was bad sand everywhere in room including some on bed no toiletries put in bathroom property was not maintained, overgrowth of grass and wild plants causing hazard of reptiles. Towels were not properly cleaned

The rooms and washrooms were very clean. Food was good. Staff was very polite. Overall excellent experience

Property is nice. But not maintained well. There is not sufficient lights out side room area. Not good as shown in photos. Boa-ring atmosphere. But staff is good polite. Food is also nice. . As per cost its not worth to book the camp.

We have to extend or stay in nubra valley as there was snow fall in khardungla pass and all movements were stopped thanks to staff they managed the things very calmly overall nice cottages and clean toilet n food was also good

The stay was nice…rooms were clean an tidy. Food and staff was also good. Just felt they could maintain the property better like the garden area. Apart from that it was a very nice experience

There is issue of electricity as only for limited hrs you get electricity, issue of hot water as you get hot water only for 2-3 hrs on specific timings, they can at-least provide inverter when they are charging so much amount, though food was good and staff was quite professional

This is a cottage type property and buffet is very good but the problem is hot water comes only for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening + light availability is for limited period.

It was very easy to find the location of the resort, we got a very warm welcome, food quality was also good we felt just like home, all the staff people were very helpful and were just a call away. Room was also very clean and comfortable.

In the middle of nowhere, these guys were at their hospitable best. Food, rooms, service, all were excellent. Dinner was outstanding. Breakfast could be improved. They even provided hot water bags in the night to help with the cold weather. A must book property.

Good hospitality and good facilities. Bathroom is big and spacious. Hot water facility available for a particular time period. Delicious homemade food.

Stayed here for 1 night and it was a great experience. The wooden cottage was cosy and clean. Food was exceptional in taste whether it was lunch/dinner/breakfast. The caretaker and staff person were very helpful and courteous.

Location of sarai camp is perfect. Staffs were helpful. Heater facilities could be provided over night with separate power supply. Currently there is no heaters in room

Nubra sarai stay is extremely good. Rooms, staff, food everything is perfect

No chairs in the room, where will people sit except bed? otherwise nice facilities

We had a really nice time staying here. Food was amazing. Staff was very hospitable and assisted us in everything. The only thing is that the power backup should be available for at least 2 hours more at night.

Considering the remoteness of the location and the hardships faced by the local people, especially very limited electricity supply, this camp offers unexpectedly great service and facilities. The yurts are charming and the decor is rustic and quite nice. The washrooms are very clean, and for the location, quite nice! however, the highlight of our stay was the great food served by them. The dinner spread included palak paneer, as well as butter chicken, which were as good as one might get in a restaurant in a city like Delhi. I would definitely stay here again.

Property owner refused for booking. He said this property is full. U have to move to another property. We will face so much difficulty. Very bad experience. Finally they shifted us some very poor hotel.
